FAQs for School-based OTs, PTs, and SLP On-demand Webinars
Explore answers to most frequently asked questions about our on-demand school-based OT, PT, and SLP CEU opportunities
What is the difference between an individual webinar, bundled webinar, and on-demand symposium?
An individual webinar focuses on one specific topic. A bundled webinar includes a set of related webinars packaged together, at a discounted price. An on-demand symposium includes multiple recorded sessions across several school-based OT, PT, and SLP topics at a discounted price, giving you a broader continuing education experience that you can complete at your own pace.
Do you accept purchase orders for on-demand webinars?
Yes! To pay via Purchase Order, email Vicki at vicki@applyebp.com.
I belong to an organization that is tax-exempt. What should I do?
Before registering for an school-based OT, PT, or SLP on-demand webinar, email vicki@applyebp.com with the webinar titles that you want to register for, attaching your tax-exempt form. She will respond with instructions for registration.
After I purchase the course, how do I access it?
Within minutes of purchase, you will receive an email with access to your on-demand webinar (see sample below). If you do not get the email, please check your spam folder. Keep this email! You can return to it, and click on the “Access Course” button when you need to complete the webinar.

Lost the email? No worries. Go to webinars.applyebp.com.
- Click on Login (see below)

- Enter your log in information (see below). If you forgot your info, click on “Forgot Password” below the “Log In” button.

- Once logged in, you will be able to see your courses. Have a great time learning!
Can I earn CEUs from Apply EBP on-demand webinars?
Yes! Our on-demand webinars are offered for continuing education credit. CE approval varies by course and discipline, so check the individual course page for AOTA CEUs, PT CEU information, ASHA CEUs, completion requirements, and the number of hours offered.
For general CEU information for your profession, you may also visit:
- AOTA CEUs for OTs and OTAs
- ASHA CEUs for SLPs and SLPAs
- CEUs for PTs and PTAs*
*Note that unlike AOTA and ASHA, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) does not approve courses.
How do I receive my certificate?
Complete all course requirements, such as watching the full video, passing the post-test and completing the course evaluation. You should receive your certificate within 5 minutes of completing the course evaluation. Please check your trash or spam folder if you do not find the email with your certificate. And please add vicki@applyebp.com to your Address Book and Safe Senders List.
I am having problems with my webinar (e.g., unable to continue). What can I do?
Firewalls, ad blockers, and stricter web settings, especially on work or school devices, can interfere with video tracking. These two tips often help:
- Use a personal (non-work) computer if possible. We recommend avoiding phones or tablets.
- Watch the webinar in an incognito/private browser window.
If you continue to experience any issues, email vicki@applyebp.com. Vicki will be happy to help!
