Lee Ann Fancher, PT, DSc is the founder and chief operating officer of Pediatric Therapeutics, Inc and PHSPartners, LLC. She manages over 50 staff who conduct EI eligibility determinations in several counties in Pennsylvania. She regularly consults with preschool and school age special education administrators in Pennsylvania on each districts use of related services and organizational change. She is passionate about research in the areas of interdisciplinary practice and investigating how therapists develop post-professional competencies in settings that support infants, toddlers, and young children.
