Jan Hollenbeck, OTD, OTR/L, FAOTA is an occupational therapist and special education administrator with over 30 years of experience in public schools. As co-founder of the Partnership for Advancement of School Service-Providers (PASS), she is deeply committed to empowering related service providers through practical professional development and mentoring, while also helping school teams and administrators better understand their vital role. Dr. Hollenbeck’s work shines a spotlight on the essential role these professionals play in supporting student success, helping them build confidence, strengthen collaboration within teams, and thrive as leaders in their school communities.

 

Dr. Hollenbeck co-facilitates the AOTA State Leaders in School Practice Community of Practice, is the MAOT liaison to the MA Department of Education, and is an active contributor to professional publications and textbooks on best practices. Dr. Hollenbeck was named to the AOTA Roster of Fellows for “Innovative Practice, Inspired Leadership, and Impassioned Advocacy.”
